The Fine Print

If you are having trouble with your ATMOS, please reach out to us directly at info@atmoscoffee.com.au. 

Refunds (change of mind)
If you didn't love using your ATMOS, for whatever reason, you can pack it up and send it back to us within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price. The packaging and product must be in it's original condition with all accessories in the box and you must have proof of purchase.

Please contact us via email at info@atmoscoffee.com.au prior to posting any returns. Please note we cannot refund the cost of postage.

Warranty
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

ATMOS is covered by our 12 month manufacturers warranty in addition to the Australian statutory warranty if purchased in Australia. Within the first 12 months, ATMOS Coffee Pty Ltd will replace any parts which are damaged or unfit for use due to manufacturing defects.

To claim please email us at info@atmoscoffee.com.au and we will provide further instructions or send you a replacement part.

We may require proof of purchase, along with photos / evidence of the problem before sending replacement parts. 

 

 

 

 

This Warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as descaler, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches and dents unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (c) to damage caused by use with a third party component or product (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, earthquake or other external cause (h) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the ATMOS Product.

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATMOS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE; LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS ON CONTRACTS); LOSS OF THE USE OF MONEY; LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS; LOSS OF BUSINESS; LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY; LOSS OF GOODWILL; LOSS OF REPUTATION; LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO; OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY.

THE FOREGOING LIMITATION SHALL NOT APPLY TO DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS, OR ANY STATUTORY LIABILITY FOR INTENTIONAL AND GROSS NEGLIGENT ACTS AND/OR OMISSIONS. ATMOS DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATION THAT IT WILL BE ABLE TO REPAIR ANY ATMOS PRODUCT UNDER THIS WARRANTY.

SOME STATES (COUNTRIES AND PROVINCES) DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
